2. "가정폭력범죄자"란 가정폭력범죄의 처벌 등에 관한 특례법 제2조 제4호에 따른 자를 말합니다.

    “가정구성원”이란 다음 각 목의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람을 말한다.

가. 배우자(사실상 혼인관계에 있는 사람을 포함한다. 이하 같다) 또는 배우자였던 사람

나. 자기 또는 배우자와 직계존비속관계(사실상의 양친자관계를 포함한다. 이하 같다)에 있거나 있었던 사람

다. 계부모와 자녀의 관계 또는 적모(嫡母)와 서자(庶子)의 관계에 있거나 있었던 사람

라. 동거하는 친족

3. "피해자"란 가정폭력의 직접적인 피해자를 말합니다.

4. "아동"이란 18세 미만의 사람을 말합니다.
